Measure your Pupil distance and OC height, and adjust your frame for fitting well.

Warranty Policy

At Seewell Optical, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you require after-sales support or warranty service, please review the policy below

  • Frame Warranty
    Frames are covered for 1 year against non-user-induced issues such as structural defects. Clearance items are not eligible.
    Frames sold cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of accidental damage, we offer replacement at a discounted price.
  • Lens Warranty
    1. Manufacturer defects
    Manufacturer defects (e.g. coating issues) are covered for 1 year and may be replaced upon inspection.
    2. Prescription Lens Change
    If the lenses you purchased have issues with the prescription, they can be exchanged within half year.
    3. Progressive Lens Non-Adaptation
    If you are unable to adapt to progressive lenses, you may request an adjustment or replacement within 30 days.

Special Notice

  • We reserve the right to assess and make the final decision on all return, exchange, and warranty claims.
  • Custom prescription lenses cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a prescription or manufacturing error.
